Refund Conditions
24-Hour Window: You are eligible to receive a full refund if you cancel your flight ticket within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellations Made 1 Week or More Before Departure: If you cancel your ticket at least 7 days before your scheduled departure, you may still be eligible for a refund, but the amount will vary depending on the airline’s policies and applicable service fees.
Early Cancellations: In general, the earlier you cancel, the higher your refund amount will be. Refunds decrease as the departure date approaches, in line with airline rules and fare restrictions.
Airline Policies Apply: Please note that refund eligibility is subject to the fare class and policies of the airline with which your ticket was booked. Certain discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible (“Adaptable”) Fares
Tickets purchased under a Flexible Fare can be canceled prior to the scheduled flight.
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before the first scheduled departure.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Non-refundable tickets may still be changed or canceled before departure. In such cases, passengers will receive a courtesy flight credit for future travel, subject to availability.
A Regulatory Service Fee of $25.00 per passenger, per flight segment applies.
Any fare difference for new travel dates will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before departure to qualify for a courtesy credit.
Courtesy Flight Credits
Flight credits will equal the value of the ticket, less applicable fees.
Credits may be used toward new bookings for up to 365 days from the original booking date.
Courtesy credits have no cash value and may only be applied to future travel.
Passengers who fail to cancel their reservation prior to departure forfeit eligibility for refunds or credits.
Certain promotional or restricted fares may not qualify for refunds or credits—please refer to our Fare Rules for details.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible tickets and services purchased within the U.S. using a credit card will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the required refund information.
Refunds for tickets purchased outside the U.S., or through third-party travel agencies/online platforms, may take up to 45 days to process due to special handling requirements.
Some optional products and services may be non-refundable.
